The FINE by Fine Home, a well recognized leading condominium under the concept of green living, has entered into a contractual agreement with its business alliance, Panasonic, upon purchasing IH Cooktop (Induction Heating Cooktop), a highly efficient technology featuring energy saving approach and environmental friendly design exceptionally targeting at green heart customers. The Fine by Fine Home is ready to expand its customer base to incorporate a high end level.

BANGKOK-On January20, 2010, the FINE by Fine Home under Fine 22 Properties Co., Ltd., an associated company of the Fine Home Group, organized a formal signing ceremony at Divana Nurture Spa, Sukumvit 35 upon purchasing Panasonic IH Cooktop, a highly efficient product featuring energy-saving innovation. The sale contract was signed between Mr. Sukit Traiwanapong, Managing Director of Fine22 Properties Co., Ltd and Mr.Hirotaka Murakami, CEO of Panasonic Group in Thailand.

According to Mr. Sukit Traiwanapong, Managing Director of Fine22 Properties Co., Ltd, The FINE by Fine Home, Soi Aree 4, Paholyothin is a city condominium low rise in the style of green living. The project has received a fast and welcoming customer support with a reservation volume of 60% since its grand opening ceremony due to its integrated response to customer demands including the city-center location in connection with BTS station, wide ranging traveling alternatives, exquisite and energy-saving design, as well as a nature- oriented ambience. Moreover, The FINE’s interior decoration and equipment altogether are of qualified standard level which allows for comfortable living experience. Panasonic has formulated its IH Cooktop marketing strategies through a series of campaign targeted at property development projects. As a new player, IH Cooktop is expected to market directly on condominium and residence developers in accordance with the trend of modern home design which has increasingly emphasized safety, along with environmental friendly motive.

Panasonic IH Cooktop is distinguished with its unique quality for both built-in and free standing usage with automatic safety cut in case that the IH Cooktop is turned on with no cookware being placed on or even that the cookwares are empty.
